Click for larger image	Repeat business is always inspiring. On this project, the goal was to reflect some movement and energy for an up and coming production company, 12 Point Productions. As an initial starting point, vibrant colors and graphics were chosen. Focus was emphasized on the testimonials of satisfied customers showcasing the various types of work product. Additional functionality such as video clips and a client portal are on the horizon. The existing site provides valuable marketing visibility while new features are designed and implemented.

Ezio Arcienego is a Real Estate Professional servicing the SF Bay Peninsula. He wanted to revamp his existing website to provide more content and information for his clients. He had some real estate tools that he wanted to fold into his site that would look like they were part of the original plan and not looked “tacked on”. We worked together to define site goals, ISP options, site layout and plans for future expansion. Ezio has experience in the hi-tech industry and wanted to get his site to a point where he would be able to manage it himself. The real estate industry is very competitive and we aimed at showcasing Ezio himself. We took photos, demonstrated his knowledge of the real estate industry to enhancing content areas in such a way that prospective clients could easily click through and get the info they needed. He offers a wealth of information to his clientele, including a bilingual newsletter. Throughout this project we were able to see some of the challenges that real estate agents face such as the incorporation of various tools and applications so that they flow nicely within the site. Click for larger image	The Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley is a non-profit organization focused on educating, preparing and engaging individuals for civic leadership and development. As a non-profit organization, the LCSV had the usual challenge of establishing a strong foundation with which to build and flourish. Though the organization had been involved and participating on a number of fronts for quite some time, the visibility of the organization seemed primarily limited to its colleagues and members. Website presence has provided a platform with which to showcase many of its achievements and the direction of its involvement. Many of the behind the scenes accomplishments can now be shared with others and encourage more individuals to become involved. The site was designed to allow for further expansion and we hope to add to it as the organization grows and flourishes

Latin Rhythm TV was looking for something very unique and out of the ordinary. They wanted it simple and intuitive for their viewers to navigate. The program is rich in content and covers a variety of interesting stories. We wanted to reflect that in the site design. Latin Rhythm entertains it audience by presenting stories from a variety of cultures. Photos from the Latin Rhythm staff's personal collections were utilized to further personalize the site. Tierra Tech assisted with content creation and provided a slogan for the show. Latin Rhythm offers quality programming and we hope to see its continued success. Click for larger image	Music and Magic.com is an entertainment organization. The initial request called for the creation of some custom templates for the site so that content could be easily added and uploaded. They presented a graphic artist rendering of a printed brochure as a proof of concept. However, we discovered that the nature of the design made it very difficult to implement on the web and it impeded smooth loading. We recommended retaining the navigation concept from the original site but revamped it extensively to allow for future expansion. We recommended a new color scheme and presented a second proof of concept. Several new buttons and graphics were created and the final proof of concept was approved. All elements and templates were created so that the client could easily add content and maintain. The site is a continuing work in progress.
