Project Evaluation - Tierra Tech Corporation can provide an evaluation of your quality assurance effort. We can assist in defining a test strategy and help determine your test team needs, schedule and approach to best utilize the resources and budget available.
Project Triage - Your project is in progress; your schedule is slipping; it looks like you are going over budget; and you forgot about QA! Tierra Tech Corporation can help. We can perform an in-depth evaluation of your project status. We will make recommendations regarding strategy, schedule, test requirements, test methodologies, staffing levels, other resources, and propose solutions.
Project Management - Tierra Tech Corporation can provide overall project management for your quality effort. We will define your test strategy, build/manage the QA team, create test plans and test cases. We provide project and budget oversight. We function as a liaison between other related departments. We can provide status and project management reports as necessary.
Project Staffing - Tierra Tech Corporation can provide your entire project team or augment your existing team members. Our personnel can execute your existing test cases or scenarios; create new test cases or scenarios as required; write bugs/defects; and perform ad-hoc, manual, functionality, and regression testing. We can write test scripts for automation testing.
